Duration : 9 Months

Overview: 

 We developed a fully mechanical and highly accurate robot extraction mechanism. This device is used to extract Robots from an automated warehouse system for maintenance purposes.

Design and engineering :
The mechanism was designed for eased and safe robot extraction and insertion.

Outcome: 

The project resulted in a highly efficient maintenance procedure with reduced downtime using an easily slidable, and stowable mechanism.


    Stacker crane for automated storage and retrieval system

 Duration: 18 months

Overview:
We provided support in engineering a 45-meter stacker crane to handle automatic pallet operations, with a capacity of 2x 1.5 tons.

Design and engineering:
The crane was developed to handle heavy loads with precision, optimizing storage and retrieval performance.

Outcome: 

 This project enabled more efficient pallet handling, significantly improving throughput in automated warehouses.

  Smartphone app for robot and rail diagnostics using vibrations

 Duration: 6 months

Overview:
We created a smartphone app capable of diagnosing issues with wheeled robots or rails by measuring vibrations.

Innovation: 

 The app determines the exact source of vibrations, identifying potential issues such as a bad rail spot, damaged bearings, or flat spots on wheels or rollers.

Outcome: 

 This tool significantly improves maintenance accuracy, reducing downtime and preventing costly repairs.

 Next-generation AGV for automated warehouses  

Duration: 4 Months

Overview: 

 We provided support in the development of a new robot generation for an automated warehouse system.
